This release is the result of over a year of preparation by GOTMAN, a brand well known for its Tritan airtight containers and STS 316Ti stainless steel storage containers. The new cookware lineup consists of two pot lines: “V.O.E” and “CUPIE.”

GOTMAN uses the phrase “specifications never before seen in the world” because of the materials used in its products. GOTMAN cookware features a 1.0T thick copper core placed between layers of stainless steel to enhance both heat conductivity and heat retention.

Conventional copper cookware typically incorporates aluminum between layers to improve product stability and reduce costs. In contrast, these new products are made exclusively from stainless steel and copper, with no aluminum used at all. This design fundamentally blocks aluminum oxidation and ion elution, even when cooking Korean cuisine that is high in salinity and acidity.

Thermal efficiency is also significantly improved, as copper offers approximately 1.7 times greater heat conductivity than aluminum, resulting in enhanced energy efficiency. In addition, the high heat retention maximizes the benefit of cookware that does not cool easily. The brand further emphasized that these products represent the highest specifications in stainless steel cookware, featuring a full interior made of STS 316 titanium-grade stainless steel.

In addition to its materials and performance, the design also stands out, as the GOTMAN design team—winners of this year’s German Red Dot Design Award and Korea Good Design Award—invested six months into its development.

GOTMAN plans to submit this new product line to international design awards as well, continuing to compete with leading global brands.

To emphasize the value of its new products, GOTMAN signed a model endorsement agreement with Chef Edward Kwon, the first Korean to serve as executive chef of a seven-star hotel in Dubai.

The new products are now available for pre-order through the company’s official online store, with full sales scheduled to begin in the second week of December.
